Core strengthening is not only just a good idea, but essential to maintaining a healthy body, especially when partnered with chiropractic care and massage. A strong core means that you'll be able to hold adjustments better and those adjustments will last longer. This means you spend more time feeling happy and healthy, and less time in the clinic (although we do love seeing your smiling faces!)
